How simple or complex should a lunch usually be?

It's English mustard. I dip my sandwich and pork pie into and nice dubs

Quads

Off by three and that looks like shit food.

It probably shouldn't be over 1000 calories
>>9076649
Best way is if it fits your caloric intake or macros. This week I'm eating a sausage some salted almonds and spinach casserole.

Weight isn't an issue for me but not eating processed foods is where I'm trying to head for but also not too much work to cook.

Is there pease pudding in those rolls? I mean everything there looks northern as fuck so I wouldn't be surprised if you've got pease pudding in those things.
>>9076655
Please don't tell me you're this stupid.
>>9077070
Northern, correct but it's a pork pie.

No mate I meant in the rolls. Northerners like to put pease pudding in with the ham in their rolls. Or so I hear.
I've never had pease pudding, I have no idea what it tastes like, I just know that northerners have it.

Oh, I've never done that myself but yea it is common round here with gammon. I've never tried pease pudding before so I don't know what it tastes like.

Lunch should be simple and light, just some carbs and protein to keep you going till dinner time. It should also be tasty in its simplicity. This is why a sandwich with meat, cheese, and a couple vegetables with a handful lf chips/crisps on the side is the ideal lunch.

A sandwich for lunch is always more than adequate.
A pork pie, scotch egg, or/and a packet of crisps make it a bit more substantial.
I never eat breakfast or lunch though.
