Would you rather go vegetarian or atkins?

I'd rather people stop making shitty propaganda pictures about their diets and be okay with other people eating different things. It's okay to have a healthy debate though but that image is just retarded.

There was a thread a while ago about goofy diets. I had said something about how it could actually be possible to do keto-vegan with tofu, based on the nutritional profile. I did it for a week. Yep, it works. Tofu isn't awful, but it ain't great.

Later on, I felt challenged to elevate tofu from not too bad to pretty okay. It involved pork fat. Dang, pigs are delicious creatures.

I was almost vegetarian for a year (didn't check that my vitamins had gelatine in it) and it was pretty easy, I'd do it again.

Keto is such a shitty meme, especially on /fit/

The facts:
It only works for weight loss and seizures if you have epilepsy
It doesn't make you more swole
Its effects are due to the fact that fats and proteins are more satiating than carbs, calorie for calorie
