What good timing, op. I just bought a bottle out of pure curiosity this afternoon-- assuming it would be mediocre-tasting pepsi with a hint of cinnamon.

I was wrong, because it was actually terrible. Possibly one of the worst sodas I've ever had -- even worse than Tab. It wasn't gag inducing, but there's this sickly sweet medicinal aftertaste to it that is vaguely cinnamon without any of the heat. It's not really weird or remotely interesting, either -- just fucking bad. And somehow it's flatter than regular Pepsi, too.

Instead of crap like this, Pepsi should try to bring over the strange seasonal one-offs they make in Japan. Some of those were legit good, too.

Ok OP I will tell you an easy way to emulate this flavor.

See if you can find what shitty flavor cough syrup people use, and find a cinnamon flavor version of it, add it to a regular coke, and boil this on the stove 5 minutes. Drink half, and let the pot just sit there with the rest in it. Come back a few hours later and pee in the pot, then congratulations, it tastes EXACTLY like this soda.
