In Bongland and in a relatively small city I have 5 supermarkets that willl deliver - 6 if you include Iceland, and have done for many years. Just today had a delivery of vodka, fags, beer, hotdogs and some veg and shit delivered for a quid. I was unhappy with one bit of produce and called the complaints line and will probably get a voucher. Doesn't that happen in the US?
