I don't know about you, but I don't know about tostadas. Anymore, that is. When I was a child, they were a simple enough affair. Crispy tortilla fried up flat, some beans, some crunchy greens, some tangy sauce. We loved that sauce. Now-adays? Largely nonsense. I can't believe tostadas these days.
