I like it. Kind of an upscale version of a classic southern sunday dinner. How did you season the chicken? It doesn't look like you used even a light coating of flour. Not saying thats bad, just wondering. Nice caramelization on the sprouts.
9/10.

8.5/10 if the chicken skin was crispy.
Salsa marinated chicken with steamed carrots and potatoes.

No flour my dude. Will probably give them a little dusting next time. I seared em off with a little salt/pepper/garlic and finished in the oven. Skin was delish. Thanks for the feedback. The gravy made the show

Skin was indeed crispy.
Looks okay anon. Wood give 6.5 because veggies look a little bland and im just not a huge fan of salsa marinades. Chicken looks moist tho!
3/10
I hate brussel sprouts and bones in my chicken

Picture is shit
Food looks comfy
9/10, crispy, skin-on thighs, love the sprouts, dunno about the mash with ricotta though, I'd need to try it myself to judge. Either way better than 90% of what's posted here.

chicken looks fine although i'm personally not a fan of pairing salsa with it
steamed potatoes and carrots are obviously boring as fuck and i would struggle to eat more than half that portion
also there's no cohesion
