I like it. Kind of an upscale version of a classic southern sunday dinner. How did you season the chicken? It doesn't look like you used even a light coating of flour. Not saying thats bad, just wondering. Nice caramelization on the sprouts.

Looks okay anon. Wood give 6.5 because veggies look a little bland and im just not a huge fan of salsa marinades. Chicken looks moist tho!

9/10, crispy, skin-on thighs, love the sprouts, dunno about the mash with ricotta though, I'd need to try it myself to judge. Either way better than 90% of what's posted here.

steamed potatoes and carrots are obviously boring as fuck and i would struggle to eat more than half that portion
