>A 2006 study published in the journal Chemical Senses found the odor of participants who were on a non-meat diet had a significantly more attractive and pleasant smell and less intense compared to their meat eating counterparts. This is due to the duration it takes for large amounts of meat to travel through the digestive tract, as it rots throughout. As a result, the person experiences bad odors in their breath, perspiration, and bowel movements.
Wow, fuck meat.
its definitely true. its not exactly a defining factor in meat-vs-non though
The trick is to eat a small amount of meat while the bulk of the meal consists of grains and vegetables.
In other words the way every part of the world aside from America eats.
Are certain meats less odor producing?

Digesting fowl (as opposed to red meat or fish) results in less tyrosamine which is the precursor to most of the odor-producing chemicals. Some fruits and veg contain chemicals which combine with odor-producing chemicals in the body and reduce their effect. The only real way to do it is eat less meat at a time with more non-starch plant-based foods. Also, avoid plant-based foods that are high in sulphones and complex sugars. Brassica species (cabbage, etc.) and Fabacea (beans) fit these categories.
