Enjoy an early death from bulking. High caloric diets burn your system out faster akin to a car's engine. No gf and die young.
Mediocrity but you can dress it up by sprinkling extra shredded cheese of your choice on top and adding chopped tomatoes
don't know OP, is google broken?
*checks*
no, it seems to be working just fine
big bowls of veggie bean chili are my forte. guilt free, too.

Mac and cheese by itself is too rich and fatty. Make sure you got a bottle of hot sauce on hand to cut through that fat.
I also like to binge eat. My diet is pretty much green beans and a protein shake 5 days a week so that I can binge on weekends. I bought 20 lb's worth of frozen green beans at sam's yesterday.

Add chopped up bacon and some spices, maybe even broccoli. That shit tastes so good.

Good lad
Something as mediocre as a Canadian. That's why it's their national dish.

thanks.
that being said im a recovered pig so i just split my daily calories into 2 big meals where I can go hard and fill up.
tomorrows mac is the first along with 3 scoops of protein and for dinner probably rice and chicken or pancakes and eggs.
