Do you like plain okra or is the okra snot too off putting?

I like it fried but I've honestly never tried it raw. Gotta put that in my bucket list.

I've never had it plain. I've it pickled and deep fried. I'll eat it, but the texture really isn't very good.

I'll eat plain steamed okra but I'd prefer it in something like a stew.

No one eats that. Pickle it if you want it raw, it removes the snot. Use it in stews. It acts as a thickener.

I roast it in an oven at around 400-425 or just sautee it in oil all the time. It's great
