Pecan is tastiest. I get them in the fall and make pies with sweet potato, date sweetened, nut crust, but I make sure to add a little wheat or something so it can't be called "paleo" because fad dieters are boring wankers

I love nuts, but at least one sort causes me severe stomach ache when I eat more than a few a day. It's a light allergic reaction. And I don't feel like testing which one it is, because the test procedure I have in mind would involve eating too many nuts of a specific type, and then seeing whether I get sick.
