Long ago I told Mom that when I grow up. I'll buy all the sugary cereals she wouldn't let me. And the meme is true, all I like is Raisin Bran or the huge shredded wheat brick, that you have to break down.

cause they are sweet enough, or i add stevia liquid to the milk. sugar cereals are cookies. i love them but they are not food.

That bread bowl thing sounds ok. Possibly make a warmed version of it, like bread pudding.

If you're just looking at the sugar grams it's 8-10g per cup. If you include carbs it's more like 36-40g per cup.

I like to do that with my oreos. I get a row from the package, fit it down a cup, pour milk into it, let it sit for like a half hour, and consume.
