Hey, /ck/, I'm looking to make a serves 4 taco recipe.
These are people who like hard shells, and personally I absolutely despise them. Anyone got any ideas for recipes that would blow them out of the water? We're gonna be watching some sports.

Brown a chunk of pork. Saute onions and garlic. Soak various dried chilis for a while in boiling stock and blend with a few tomatoes. Add to pot. Simmer pork a couple hours. Shred. Crisp it up by frying in some lard although you don't have to.
