2-3 tablespoons undutched cocoa powder
3-4 frozen bananas, sliced so the blender can hit them
teaspoon vanilla extract
tablespoon flax
half a cup water, more if you want to drink it
I often put berries in it, sometimes without the cocoa.
What I've been having on my oatmeal is all that with a whole cup of water and quarter cup chia, to make a sort of gravy. and usually a spoonful of peanut butter. There's all sorts of variations that work. git gud.
