Anyone who claims it isn't dangerous is either a) a shill of some sort (either someone working for the animal agriculture industry, or someone selling idiots dangerous diet bullshit that tells them what they want to hear) or b) an idiot who fell for dangerous diet bullshit that told them what they wanted to hear.

The science is very clear on this, if you actually study it. There are some cherry picked studies they like to use that don't measure for baseline cholesterol levels that are completely irrelevant to heart disease research. So beware of that.

If the risk is from clogged arteries and arterial inflammation applies to them. There are many risk factors for heart attack and stroke, and those are two of them that are bad.

What research that shows causal links fails to point out is that some people can get their dietary cholesterol down to nil, and yet their body makes a fuckton of it. These people are on medications to reduce it. And, the medications for cholesterol are pretty shitty overall and either ineffective for some, or has great side effects. But, it is what it is.

What is good to reduce your risks of having a bunch of bloodstream triglycerides is actually walking after dinner. Exercising after meals that are fatty, or if your genes suck. Move it when you consume calories.
