That doesn't look like any curry I've ever seen.

I got excited because it looked better from the thumbnail. Once I opened it I saw the truth. Sorry, no it doesn't look good.
Nice stew OP
Beautiful goulash mate!

It looks like a stir fry with some broth . How does it taste tho?

Not spicey enough.
Carrots are not cooked fully through and I should have cut the broccoli smaller.
I'd rate it 5/10.
First time doing this so I consider it a pass in my eyes.
Still edible.

Keep at it.

Most curries have a base of browned onions and tomatoes . Then spices then veggies/meat etc. In that order usually. YouTube should help when you try again next time

This. Generally you would dry-fry whole spices in the pan first. Remove the spices and grind them.
Cook up your base of onions. This is a long, slow process. Just like French-style caramelized onions. It can take 40 min to an hour. Then the spices go in, other aromatics like ginger or garlic. Cook a couple minutes until the raw smell goes away, then the veggies/meat and the liquid.

Sauce looks a bit to thin.
