Today was scrambled eggs with hash browns sauteed in garlic. Found my hand grinder so I was able to have a decent french press coffee.

On an average day? Toast with butter, jam if I feel like it, and a cup or two of black coffee. I'm poor and I don't always have a lot of time to cook something nice in the morning.

When I have time and money? Bacon, grits, hashbrowns, fruit, and coffee.

Steel-cut oats with light cinnamon + sug + banana

chop potatos into tiny ass pieces, fry with pepper+garlic+salt+rosemary+onion for like 5-10 minutes. Add shredded pepperjack just enough to melt. Mix it all together into a kind of latka thing. Crack eggs on top, cook them on the bed of potatos for 3 minutes with lid on. Serve. Everyday for the past like 3 years.
