So I have 30,000 dollars to survive on for the next 2 years.
18,000 goes to rent. 3600 goes to utilities. 3600 goes to various expenses.
So I have about 200 dollars a month for food. If I limit myself to eating out once every 2 weeks on a 15$ budget I have 170$ per month.
Is this sustainable? What should I get?

That's more than sustainable if you're even a little thrifty. Buy ingredients and make stuff yourself. Buy in bulk and look for coupons and/or sales. Rice, potatoes, flour, and beans are your friends.

If you're on a strict budget then don't go out at all, and eat cheap food
So you're trying to save money for a strict food budget and yet you insist on eating out. You're a millenial, right?

So $1500 rent, $300 utes, $300 misc? Hell anon I make $90k and my expenses are less than that. When I was in grad school I had more like $20k and paid a whopping $375 in rent breh
Be prepared to eat vegetables, legumes, and cuts of meat that most people wouldn't normally eat.
