I have and I would again.

Would and have. Had frog legs in Louisiana in a platter of assorted fried shit. Pretty good all in all, would eat again.

You haven't? Frog gigging is a popular summer pastime here in Illinois. I like them deep fried, but they're also good when they're grilled.

Probably, but I live up in the Appalachains and frogs are the specialty of low-country folk. Would like to try it if I'm ever down there and have the opportunity.

I've gigged them when I was younger. You wear a headlamp and go prowling along the shores of ponds on summer nights and spear bullfrogs with a small trident. Fun when you're a kid, but not really worth it for the amount of meat, mosquito bites, ticks and chigger bites you get out of it. 24 legs isn't much fucking meat. I liked them cooked like buffalo hot wings. Tres bon!
