Does anyone else no like carbonara?

It's just a completely shitty dish. I don't like it at all. Runny eggs are not a good sauce substitute. And the worst part, when you are eating it, it's either too heavy (because eggs and pasta) or too greasy.

The great part about a tomato based sauce is that the acidity counter acts the melted fat from the meat to avoid having it feel too greasy.

And taste wise there is no substitute for a good tomato sauce.

I dislike carbonara for what you said, mostly raw eggs. But I prefer Alfredo to tomato sauces.

Macaroni and cheese is the only good pasta. Everything else is shit.
