They're really easy to make, it's mostly ice and sugar syrup with a shot of espresso, you can replace it with instant coffee since it's only there to turn the mixture brown.

I'm addicted to coconut.

There have been days where I won't eat so I can drink a can of coconut milk before I go to bed. My go to snack is toasted coconut shavings. Last week I ate a 600 calorie block of coconut cream that was smaller than my palm for breakfast. I'll put a tablespoon of coconut in my coffee in the morning (only if it's a brand that tastes like coconut, most are just bitter and oily).
