Unfortunately, the best places to get it are Prince's, Hattie B's, and Pepperfire; all of which are downtown and will almost certainly have lines outside of them. Downtown's sour touristy these days that pretty much any place that sells it will have a line outside, and all of the best places are downtown. If you're willing to wait they're worth checking out, but if not I wouldn't ultimately bother. You can find recipes online that blow that KFC one out of the water, because it's never supposed to taste like doritos.
