can I get some cookbook recommendations?
all I ever seem to eat at home is fried chicken, hamburger helper and mac n cheese, and Id like to live past 30

It's pretty memey but I've had some good things with the Thug Kitchen book. Not even vegan but I do like making stuff like bean burgers and vegetable enchiladas. Not to mention to inexpensiveness of the recipes.
