get a vegan cook book and use it. Do it for the animals and yourself. If you fail at that then try to be a vegetarian.

It's pretty memey but I've had some good things with the Thug Kitchen book. Not even vegan but I do like making stuff like bean burgers and vegetable enchiladas. Not to mention to inexpensiveness of the recipes.
