This is some cuck bull shit. The entire reason for letting a steak rest is to allow carryover to finish cooking the steak. He spends the entire article building up and destroying straw man arguments instead of actually doing some research on how to properly cook steak.

Nice use of buzzwords and very good grammar.
Unfortunately even nice steakhouses and michelin star restaurants rest steaks before serving in order to prevent juices from leaking out onto the plate. You'll also see this with proteins like duck breast.
