How do I roast just chicken breast so it has the texture and taste of charcoal chicken breast (I don't care about the skin / colour so much).
It's completely different to the texture of chicken breast cooked in a pan.
Can I just wrap it in foil and stick it in a toaster oven?

I live in Japan and from Aus originally. Chicken b reast appears to be the c heapest lean meat. Cheaper than fatty ground beef
