this Japanese shrimp garlic pasta I had in Nagoya, don't know the name of the recipe but it was at a restaurant on floor 13 in the Nagoya train station. I highly recommend it if you're ever in Nagoya

Toss up between cajun seasoned chicken and or shrimp pasta alfredo and spaghetti puttanesca. Or maybe lemon chicken alfredo.. Basically most things with a bechamel base. I'm not a big fan of red sauce in most scenarios.
