Never had croc, but alligator tastes like chicken with a tiny hint of a fishy taste.....taste decent i guess, but not worth going out of the way to get it

I wouldn't imagine so other than salt water vs. fresh water. Gators and Crocodiles basically have the same regime and similar day to day muscle contractions.
I don't see how it could be much different unless they have vastly dissimilar diets.

The North American crocs cant handle as chilly weather as gators though. I dont think gators can tolerate salt water either.
