How do you prepare your mushrooms? What are your favorite recipes?
I never tried before, but I am really curious about it.

I like chanterelles in bechamel sauce, I usually put it inside crepes
boletus (porcini) is great for this too, but I find the flavor is too intense for crepes, so it's better with some egg pasta

Chanterelles are good. Its common here to just fry them with a good knob of butter and onions, then eat on the side or just as that.

pickled mushrooms are a great vodka snack
portabellas soaked in a soy/teriyaki blend
put on grill until thoroughly cooked
paired with steak, side of baked potato or pasta with a light sauce
brie stuffed mushrooms, i might play around with some garlic and spinach, or a meat like bacon with asparagus idk i'm new to this cooking thing lol
i remember eating an asian dessert with some in it, wasn't too bad desu
