Like half of them either taste suspiciously like cashews or else they have one of several really awful tastes that I can't describe. Also they give me horrible stomach cramps. I don't notice these problems with pistachios that are still in the shell, but with those you have to break the shell and they taste bland because there's no salt. How hard would it be to have the best of both worlds?
