I made some a few days ago:

1/2 LB of chicken breast diced, cooked in butter with:
salt, pepper, a little bit of chili powder, and a tiny bit of cumin and cayenne

Once cooked, add a few handfulls of spinach, 1/2 cup of cheese, 1/4 cup of mayo and 1/3 cup of salsa

Mix in pan on medium for about 3-5 min and put in tortillas

Pan fry in butter till golden brown; nomonomomomo
