Honestly though I think real orange juice is fucking terrible. It's the one case where I'll take the processed sugar-added crap any day. Orange juice has this snotty consistency and it's always crazy sour to me.

I don't understand where all the fibre disappears to in orange juice. The sugar is the same (about 20g) as a whole orange. The protein is the same (about 2g).

There should be 4-5g of fibre.

Is the pulp not fibre? Are people eating the skin? What gives.
