It's pretty dank if you're doing a whole 30. Started using mine using some ching chongs recipe on some paleo website. Turned out bretty good and for a cheap cut of meat turned fork tender in 35 minutes, shit sign me up, that's money saved for guns

It does both well. You can also saute in it.

I using for this nearly 2 month lot of usefull functions but it's not very good for rice some time rice stick on bowl and presumr valb also making confusion if give timer for cooking when away that make confuse it's right way or not whatever I spend I think it's not very good I miss my old on tefal rice cooker

I played with one when I was on vacation for a couple weeks.

It's very handy if you are limited on space in the kitchen and need to keep things simple. Otherwise, I didn't care for it that much. It's too small. It can't be used for pressure canning. It's power output is too weak for a good saute.
