Nope, it's good. If you like fried chicken, and you like spicy food, then you'd like it. Just make sure you either get it from a good place, or use a good recipe to make it yourself.

It's too sticky and sweet for my tastes.

I've only had it once, and it was really good. I haven't heard a lot of people sing it's praises, so I personally cannot say if it is overrated.
