Plan for today? Mine: classic Paella

What do you put in your Paella? I always go for this combo:
-Fish/shellfish: Cod, calamari, prawns and crayfish
-Meat: Chorizo, chicken breast and drumsticks, sometimes Spanish pork sausage
-vegetables: bell peppers, onions, tomatoes and peas

Sorry to tell you anon, but that's not a paella, more like yellow rice. Try the classic one: rice, bunny meat, pork meat, pepper, beans, "garrofones" and, if you want, artichoke. Also use some food coloring for the yellow tone.

In all honesty it doesn't need the peppers or artyichokes or even garlic if you added any. also, if you treat your saffron right you don't need food colouring

Love that outdoor cooking setup. The paella looks good too. General recipe (you don't need to include measurements).
