I use a paste called "Better Than Bouillon". I find it to be better than everything except home made stock. I find the Vegetable Base to be better than any actual vegetable stock.

40 minutes is how long you cook veg stock for..

overnight for anything with bones, though. two washes for veal bones.

If we're being honest the knorr pork stock cube just gives your pork that porkyness taste that salt and pepper can't .
