Tortilla looks like a 100g tortilla.

>120 g of cheese = 390 kcal
>70 g of beans (supposing little oil used) = 50 kcal
Around 800 kcal. Are you trying to eat under TDEE? What I do when I want a cheat like some cheesy dish, sweets or croissant is to suppose they are 700 kcal per portion. My meals are around 700 kcal so I skip a meal to get my cheat.
For pizza (not whole of course) or burgers I don't eat during the entire day and only get them at night to stay around TDEE.

Are they machine made? My tortillas by hand always come around 100 g. If I make them thinner they get too dry and won't bend.
