I'm heading to Hong Kong for a few months.
What should I eat there?
Dim Sum
Pork Chop bun
Beggar's Chicken (you'll probably need to request this ahead of time)
That's literally it

Used to live in Shanghai, so well familiar with Beggars Chicken, it's amazing

As said, dim sum, BBQ pork bun (char siu bao or however it's spelled), suckling pig, egg tart, pineapple bun and I liked to go to these cheap lunch places where they serve thick cut toast with scrambled eggs and spam or sausage.

Forgot to say, but for example lung fung cafe on spring garden lane is great, also western market for dim sum (seems touristy but is full of locals as well and menu is English)
