Spaghetti Carbonara
Made it a year ago and didn't turn out well when I was learning how to cook. Made it again this week and it was amazing. Such a simple dish and yet it was delicious. Ended up making it the day after as well.
I ended up using either too much pasta water or should've only used one egg (or even discarded the whites) as you can see in the picture, but I just used a bun to mop it up afterwards.

Don't use pasta water unless the egg+parmesan is looks too thick. I mostly use two eggs for a pound of pasta + about 6 oz of parmesan and it works pretty alright.

don't use cream
I like making carbonara, the nice thing is that all the ingredients you need are usually in your fridge already
