>>

What do you mean by natural?
>>

Not done with anything that is artficial or malicious.
>>
pressure canning is my favorite
>>
>>8973215
A guide or tutorial please?

try healthycanning.com

they cover pretty much everything you'd need to know. there's a lot of unsafe information about canning on the internet so be careful

Thank you Anon.

no problem.. since you're still around and interested, i'd recommend getting into high acid waterbath canning first since you probably have most of the equipment you need already at home

for pressure canning you will need a pricey, autoclave style pressure cooker
>>
first of all if you have no own garden or access to forest foraging canning makes little sense
try to remember in season prices though, sometimes even huge chains carry cheap season vegs and fruit worth buying in bulk for canning
for example here its apples and tomatoes
after you know exact names, ask here for specific recipes.

Also the USDA website. I also use university papers for specific methods. For example, last summer I wanted to can some smoked salmon and did a search for it. The University of Alaska had a method that turned out great. That other anon was right about being very suspicious of information on random websites run by joe or josephina schmo.

>first of all if you have no own garden or access to forest foraging canning makes little sense
stupid advice that you go on to contradict
why bother?
