if you take out half the egg and choose either avocado or bacon and dont dress it with anything else than vinegar, olive oil and salt thats not so bad.
At least you arent having all those same ngridients inside a burger with buns that have more calories than an icercream and a paty thats 30% fat

I've been trying to eat more salads lately, especially caesar (I literally just finished eating one within a minute of posting this), I've come to find that I hate bacon in salads. The salty and smoky taste doesn't match with the fresh veggies at all. MAYBE if there are tomatoes, bacon might be okay with it, but I find it unnecessary. Can't skimp on the parmigiano reggiano though.

Also is there a better dressing than this? for caesar salads. It's thicc but the taste is intense. Don't need much for a large salad.

i'd replace the meat with some smoked salmon, but that's just a matter of taste. would definitely drop the bacon or whatever it is though.

Yeah, no shit. It's 2 tbsp and I don't even use that much. I don't like dressing that much, I've just been trying to get into it here lately and it's been my favorite so far.
