I do, but I don't drain it first. If you are buying canned tuna you have to buy canned in water; if you buy canned in oil you will lose ALL nutrients. ALL of them, so literally it's pointless to eat canned fish in oil, MUST be canned in water.... I might sound retarded or something to newbs but go look it up.

The ONLY point of eating canned fish is to get the nutrients and if you use an oil based product ALL of that goes away.
