OP willing to give noobs a QUICK RUNDOWN of the beer brewing process
I've got a single hop Belma IPA on the way. I'm doing a short dry hop but I would like to hear other opinions on dry hop timing
Fuck this isn't /vg/

What kind of lager you got brewing there?
>>8956270
Not my fermenter, just sone random pic. I'll probably bot bother brewing a lager anyways since it takes so much work and more equipment
I work in a nano- brewery, the most memetastic kind of brewery.

Plans for the future? Are you selling well?

I was working in a liquor store when I first began home brewing and the owner let me keep my bucket in the walk in fridge. Lager is shitty and takes too much effort to make.

Yo like why don't cream ales use lactose?
>>8957627
I've yet to make a lager due to no control over fermentation temperature. To be honest, a lot of my beers have been hit or miss strictly on the fact that they all ferment at the exact same temperature (indoor ambient temp of 72 F).

I've done this before except I realized I had forgotten it just as I was chilling my wort, then I added it haphazardly and it kinda didn't dissolve all the way. It was a good stout though.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I think it's called a cream ale because of the creamy mouthfeel it has.
