I'm pretty sure there's actual peppers with more capsaicin in them, but those would be so hot it might send you to the ER. I think it would be ok to try a little pepper spray. It is non-lethal after all. Make sure to provide some photos and let us know how you get on with it

No. They are not food-grade, and are frequently denatured - the solvants and propellants are often unsafe for human consumption, so unless you get very lucky and find one that's just water or ethanol, or you're the kind of idiot who likes to eat Freon...
There are a few speciality capsaicin extracts, like any of the Blair reserves, that are food-grade. You will probably regret trying those too - they do not taste good, they just hurt - but you might not regret trying them in the hospital.
