Tossed the roasted stuff and some chickpeas into a pan, coated with curry powder and some minced garlic and ginger, and fried a little bit until fragrant. Added in the pureed carrot sauce, some of the chickpea cooking liquid, a decent pat of butter, salt, and let it simmer for like an hour.
