I like brie better than camembert

but I like cambozola (camembert + gorgonzola) better than brie

I think camembert by itself has too weird of a flavor, too ammonia-like, but when combined with tangy gorgonzola it's truly sublime, though it does get rather ammonia-like near the rind as you eat through a wedge. it goes really well with earthy, seedy crackers (I like pic related best), and dried cranberries.

I ate nearly an entire wheel of camembert once while stoned. In a single sitting, the wheel was about 5" wide. Made a shitposting thread bragging about it and was promptly b& for a few days from /ck/.

The camembert was great though, had it with fruit, jams, crusty bread and salami. I give it my vote over brie.
