What do you guys think of crispbread? If you like it, what is your favourite one? Do you like them hard and crunchy, or light and crispy? What do you put on them?
I love them. Sometimes I just snack on them plain. They're like healthy crackers.

Have them in my pantry, don't know what to eat with them. I've tried eggs with onion and smoked salmon

Sometimes I like to pretend I'm more than 1/4 Norwegian (I'm american) and I eat them with butter, fruit preserves and thin slices of gjetost for breakfast.

I always come home from a trip to Europe and repeat some of my continental hotel breakfast choices like that.
I like gouda, salami, or egg salad (highly seasoned with dill or tarragon), cover with cucumber or tomato slices. Enjoy with hot tea.
As a kid my swiss-german err, 5th generation grandmother always had them in the pantry. I liked peanut butter on RyKrisps, crunchy. Or some of my grandmother's southern pimento cheese spread. It was very peppery.
Orange marmalade and cream cheese

I rarely like them plain, that's just too dry and bland.
OTOH they're god-tier with a topping of some kind. I've used marmite, peanut butter, various cheeses, or even some of the dripping left over from a roast dinner.
