Sriracha vs. Tabasco

Each one has areas where it excels and areas where it isn't the best choice.

I generally prefer to use sriracha for low heat and Tabasco for intense heat. The sriracha heat feel is better, but Tabasco tastes much better.

srirachi has more character, more complexity. also tobasco is pretty boring among regular chili pepper sauces. crystal, louisiana, tapatilo are all better imo

In scouts/military tabasco was the only saving grace for whatever dehydrated crap we were eating while shitting in yhe woods or a side of a mountain for a couple weeks straight. To this day, even in the comfort of my home with a full fridge, I'll still catch myself making a couple scrambled eggs, dumping a metric ton of whatever spicy vinegar sauce I've got on hand and chowing down like a dog that hasn't eaten for days.

Cock sauce is fine, but I personally find it too sweet.
