heres what you do

>5 cups water
>1 cup cranberry juice
>2 cups sugar
>boil
>turn down to simmer and throw 8 stalks of cut rhubarb into mix. let it go for about 10-20 until rhubarb is breaking apart
>set off burner and cool for a good 15 minutes at least to cool off
>throw in cut up mint, about a handful
>steep for about 90 minutes
>strain and into the mason jars they go
