Well, first you get yourself a mixing bowl and a good sized mallet, place your hand in the bowl, and then pound your hand with the mallet until you've got a pulpy mix of bone and flesh.

Plate and garnish with greens and sauce, and you're done

alright. here's my recipe. it's just stir fried rice noodles, but w/e. i always make this after a trip to the asian market b/c of fresh rice noodles.
fresh rice noodles
frozen/fresh fish cake
eggs
onion
sauce: hoisin/sriracha/chili garlic/chili oil/curry
turn up the heat, stir fry fast, add w/e sauce you want, toss some more, and it's ready to eat. bbq sauce could work too.
