Douse it in more turmeric and black pepper, again there is a reason which I'm getting too for that.
It has to do with lucid dreaming and picking up on dreams you remember and going back into them the nex time you fall asleep.

Why is this food relevant. I don't know. All I know is that when I consume large amounts of tumeric and black pepper before I sleep, it is way easier to enter the dream you woke up from in your previous sleep.
How many times have you gotten up and had a drink of water only to fall back asleep into the same dream? probably a few times... but this ensures it and makes it more vivid, you can even pick up on dreams you had over 48 hours ago; you will never forget any dreaam you had again if you eat tumeric + BP daily; I'm guessing because it's an anti inflamatory and it allows your brian to be as awsome as can be.

Why not add the tomatoes and beans in before the rice so the rice actually absorbs he flavour from the tomatoes and beans?
