Describe your perfect burger
two 1/4lb patties, pepperjack, fried jalapeno slices, horseradish.
For me, it is the McChicken, the greatest fast food burger.

>fast food
>and even then, any other chicken sandwich besides chick-fil-a

Double meat and cheese with mayo, mustard, onions and tomatoes
Finely diced onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Sautee'd in a herby butter. Mixed in with the meat, sirloin, 90/10 fat. 1/2lb patty. A strong cheese, swiss maybe. Nicely toasted sesame buns, some baby spinach leaves. A dark porter beer paprika sauce (like a BBQ sauce almost).
Mostly simple, but somewhat "extravagant". Very delicious, however. Shit man, now I kind of want to make it myself. Side would be a apple-risotto and a nice cold and tall white+green tea with 2 fingers of vodka on the side as well.
>>8917809
That'll be $39.99 + tip.
>>8917816
Who would order something like that? Make it yourself retard. All the ingredients at a store or farmers market would be like 20 bucks or less and you could probably make 2 entire burgers. Vodka is cheap too, and making big batches of white and green tea is also cheap as fuck. Risotto might be a bit expensive but who cares?
Keep talking about your low class fast food bullshit on the COOKING board. /ck/ truly should just be renamed to "eceleb food reviews + the mcchicken" board.

Clearly, they were inspired by the McChicken, the greatest fast food sandwich.
ground fresh burger (shortrib, brisket, chuck)
seared in pan topped with American cheese (the ONLY fucking cheese to be on a burger)
homemade mayo with a tendency towards lemony
a slice of beefsteak tomato still warm from the sun
on a soft brioche bun

>Aussie beef better than anything
Aussie beef and American beef are sold for the exact same price in Japan and just have a small indication of country of origin on the label.
They're mixed together and sell for half the price of the domestic heavily marbled Japanese beef
i got a jar o these from a family members restauraunt. doubt i'm ever getting any more (nz) apart from save them for burgers any other suggestions?
2 patties super thin wider than bun.
2 slices good american cheese.
Pretzel bun
Raw red onion
Mustard & horseradish condiments.

in south east asia you pay at least 5 dollars more for australian beef or 10 more for nz in most restaurants or even fast food like mosburger you pay more.

That is unironically my perfect burger. Just a disgusting amount of meat paired with some light cheese, bacon, and maybe a jalapeno or two. Throw some potato chips on the side and I am in fucking heaven
>>8917773
>lightly steamed and baked home made bun
>large patty made with home grinded steak cuts w/ 20/80 fat meat ratio.
>built like a wide whopper sandwich, spread out to enjoy more bites
>bottom bun has monterey cheddar cheese and a few slices of well cooked bacon on top
>top bun has mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and banana peppers
>tangy bbq sauce as dressing
served with golden home made french fries and a tall glass of soda
>>8917773
In the bin.
>>8917773
>brioche bun
>fresh beef (optionally pork) patty
>three kinds of cheese (cheddar being one of them)
>a nice dressing I can't be bothered to describe, plenty of it
>some fresh red onion sliced on
>leaf of salad
Pic related comes pretty close, though it lacks salad, and I usually pick out the lengthways sliced pickles.
>>8917809
I love bell peppers, but I can't say that I ever thought I wanted it on a burger.
